Office Hours of Admins
The physical office hours in LAB, where user connection issues are resolved and registrations are processed, are currently held:
- each Monday from 8 to 9pm.
LAB is located in Sinkuleho dormitory, at the 5th (highest) floor, right across the elevator.
You may also contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve your issues. On Monday and Wednesday between 8 pm. and 9 pm., you can call a temporary phone support: +420 228 229 638 (Czech landline). Outside of these times, the phone number hosts a voice mailbox - press 1 to record a message.

a deadline for membership payment for summer semester 2018/19 is approaching. If you want to continue enjoying your membership benefits, please pay the fee before 27th February 2019. (This does not apply to our new members.)

Update 2: the problem is still not resolved and is being investigated by Juniper. For now, workarounds have been put in place to lower the impact. We're really sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Update: new firmware 15.1X53-D59 was uploaded onto our switches. It will be applied after reboot, which is scheduled on 2018-09-27, at 4am. After that, the problem should be resolved.
We are currently experiencing outages of cable connection at Sinkuleho dormitory. Dejvická dormitory is not affected.
In the weekend (1st-2nd September 2018), we'll replace the boxes that provide you with Internet connectivity. You will experience temporary connectivity outages (could take an hour or two), both on Wi-Fi and Ethernet.
13th and 14th corridor will suffer as well, though less than the corridors below.
Dejvická dormitory will also be switched over, which will turn it off for less than 20 minutes.

From Friday 3rd To Sunday 5th August, we are expecting Internet connection disruption due to the construction of the core optical fiber network. It will affect cable connection of 4th-12th corridor. Wi-Fi should remain working, but be prepeared for occasional drop-outs there as well.
During the holiday season, one more service disruption will be planned, which we will announce in due time.
