Update of user data in SINIS concers primarily all club members who was transported from old system into SINIS. But it is also important for all members to have actual data in SINIS, including the number of room they are staying in.
Office Hours of Admins
The physical office hours in LAB, where user connection issues are resolved and registrations are processed, are currently held:
from Monday, September 7 to Thursday, September 10, 8-9pm
from Monday, September 13 to Thursday, September 16, 8-9pm
each other Monday and Wednesday from 8-9pm
LAB is located in Sinkuleho dormitory, at the 5th (highest) floor, right across the elevator.
You may also contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve your issues. During office hours between 8 pm. and 9 pm., you can call a temporary phone support: +420 228 229 638 (Czech landline). Outside of these times, the phone number hosts a voice mailbox - press 1 to record a message.

Current club members who want to renew their membership for winter semester 2013/14 without any problems can pay the membership fee
till October 5, 2013.

The loss of internet connectivity of Dejvická dormitory which happened today was caused by a malfunction of air conditioner and UPS.
We are working on solution.
Expect another outage this evening or tomorrow.
From the winter semester 2013/2014, the membership fee for Full membership is lowered to CZK 800 per semester.
Membership fee for Fitness membership remains CZK 150 per semester.

At the moment, emails in the dormitory-based email account are accessible only by email clients like Thunderbird. We are working on the web client to be available again.

If you use a web client Squirrelmail and use diacritic when composing your mail, you need to have the environment language switched to your language for the client to encode your email correctly.
On the top of the screen, there is a link "Options". On the Options page, there is a link "Display Preferences", where you can set Language: Your language. You will need to refresh the page (click on the "Refresh Page" link) after saving the settings for the new language settings to apply.
Password to your dormitory-based email account is the same as the password to SINIS.

Previous weekend new information system SINIS was put into full operation. Old information system SIS was deactivated.
Contrary to former system, SINIS is accessible even from computers outside the Sincoolka network. Because of that, the login with username and password was implemented into SINIS.
If you are a member of Club Sincoolka and an email with details about the new system haven't reached you, please visit administrators during office hours and take your passport with you.
