Office Hours of Admins

The physical office hours in LAB, where user connection issues are resolved and registrations are processed, are currently held:

  • each Monday from 8 to 9pm.

LAB is located in Sinkuleho dormitory, at the 5th (highest) floor, right across the elevator.

You may also contact us at admin@sin.cvut.cz to resolve your issues. On Monday and Wednesday between 8 pm. and 9 pm., you can call a temporary phone support: +420 228 229 638 (Czech landline). Outside of these times, the phone number hosts a voice mailbox - press 1 to record a message.

On Monday, 4th July 2016, in the morning hours, contents of fridges in the kitchens of 11th and 13th corridor were thrown out to the dustbin. Most likely by the cleaning service.
If you have seen the mentioned cleanup, please contact Mrs. Bedrníková, either personally at the accomodation office, or write at Lenka.Bedrnikova@cvut.cz.

Gym access

If you want to have smooth access to the gym, please come register your ISIC or school card tomorrow (11th July) to the admin's office (SIN, 5th floor, from 8pm). We'll be registering in a testing mode.
Can't make it? No worries, you can still leave dormitory cards at a reception and receive a key. However, you won't be able to pass the door if there's already someone in the gym, because you won't receive a key in that case, and without a key/card, you won't be able to open the door. Unless someone from the inside opens it for you.

Office Hours of Administrators on holidays

On holidays, Office hours of Administrators will be held only on certain Mondays.

Office hours will be held from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. in LAB, a room located at the corridor no. 14 of the Sinkule dormitory.

Confirmed dates are: July 4, July 11, July 18, July 25, August 1, August 8, August 22, August 29, September 5.

Other dates will be added later.

If you need to solve an urgent problem, contact us by e-mail.

From September 12 we will held Office hours on Monday and on Wednesday.

Has water damaged or destroyed your private property yesterday? Please write down the damages (damaged things, their estimated value, the circumstances during which the damage occurred), and perform photographic documentation as an evidence of the damage. In your report, please include details, such as: Were your windows open or closed? Has the wind broken out the windows?
